I am writing to express my gratitude for the service that I received from your company. In particular your colleagues in Thames Ditton were excellent throughout the whole process. Every detail was thought about and arranged with such care and attention. Alistair Barrett gave an outstanding service, both in his professional manner and his personal qualities which conveyed both vocation and dedication to his work. The funeral service yesterday was a fine tribute to all those that were there involved in the arrangements and conducting. I too appreciate the manner in which Linda and her colleagues attending, conducting themselves in a sensitive, sincere and dignified way which gave both me and my son comfort and courage before, during and after the service. I am very very happy with the headstone. When the masons arrived to fit it, they were very nice to me and when I went back to grave after men had left, they had done a great job leaving everything clean and tidy. I had already walked round the cemetery and looked at different headstones and Lodge Brothers work outshone all others (Lodge Brothers Memorial Department)
