The funeral arrangements were faultless. Your team did everything required of them. The conductor (Mr Hopkins) was immaculately dressed, very courteous and understanding. The flowers (supplied by Lodge Brothers) were beautiful. I was touched by the red rose that I was given by Mr Hopkins. It was a lovely gesture. (Lodge Brothers, Woking)
