Following the interment yesterday at the Mount cemetery in Guildford, I am writing to express my thanks to you and the team at Monks/Lodge for the very helpful and professional service you have provided.

Throughout the whole process, from the organisation of the funeral, the renovation work to the family gravestone, the creation of the new memorial tablet and finally at the interment itself, you and the other staff have at all times been extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

The gravestone now looks very good indeed and we are very pleased that, with your help, we have been able to carry out ****’s last wishes.

Can I please take this opportunity to thank you very much for the service you provided to both myself and my brother in arranging to say farewell to our mother. Throughout the whole process you displayed such professionalism in carrying out your duties efficiently and diligently to ensure that the events and timings on the day ran to schedule. It was a privilege to have used your company for such an emotional occasion.

I am writing on behalf of the family to thank everyone at Monks for their assistance over the last two weeks and at my father’s burial. Everyone was very kind at a very difficult time and it made things easier for us. His burial was very simple, but we all, and I am sure Dad, thought very moving.

Dear Jane and Team, I just wanted to say thank you so much for all you did for us with regard to *****’s funeral arrangements. The day of his burial was warm and sunny and rather beautiful in amongst the wild flowers at the Clandon Natural Site. Thank you to Keith and the others.

I would like to express my thanks for the extremely professional and caring arrangements which you made on behalf of my mother. This was the third time that it has been necessary for us to call upon your firm’s services and I would like to add that on each occasion we have much appreciated the efficient and sensitive arrangements provided by your staff.

I just wanted to say a very big “thank you” to you and all the staff who attended my mother’s funeral on Friday 28th September. Everything was perfect, and more! The drivers, coffin handlers and the lady who paged were charming, polite, and couldn’t have done more to assist us at this difficult time. From the family’s point of view, it was wonderful to see that everything was taken care of by J.Monk and Sons so that we did not have to worry about anything. What a superb and professional company you are. Thank you  so much.

The personal support that both you (Keith Hopkins) and Jane gave us was very much appreciated and I really needn’t have worried so much.
