I just wanted to say thank you to you and everyone else involved in the funeral. Whilst obviously a very sad day it all went as planned, and let us say good bye to ***** the way we wanted to, and we very much appreciate your help and sensitivity in all the arrangements.

I’d also like to thank Fiona Sergeant who was fantastic. She was lovely ahead of the service spending time with us and helping us understand what we wanted in a way we were very comfortable with, she then succeeded in the seemingly impossible task of finding the right words when it came time to say goodbye in the ceremony.

Absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have expected any more. The minister was lovely too. Thank you.
