I wishe to convey my gratitude to all involved in my Mother’s funeral.  Jane, Neil, Linda and the team were all outstanding.  I was thoroughly impressed.  The funeral was carried out with such grace, elegance, care and respect, which made what I expected to be a sombre and sad occasion quite beautiful.  I was especially pleased to have a lady conduct the funeral, Mummy would have liked that and Linda was perfect.  Her guidance and gentleness were greatly appreciated. The tiny things that most would not notice, I did; the timing of Mummy’s coffin being brought into the Chapel and placed down with such gentleness, was  perfect, exactly as I had hoped it to be. Small things that mean so much, even to the point of noticing that Linda removed her glove before shaking hands when greeting us and saying farewell.  I cannot thank you all enough.

Thank you for your excellent arrangements of my dad’s funeral. I especially loved the willow coffin with the green handles and I know my dad would have been pleased too.

I visited Great Bookham Churchyard with my family yesterday.  We were very pleased with the additional engraving of my late husband’s name etc. on our son’s headstone.  Thank you for your efficient service.

May I take this opportunity to thank everyone involved at J .Monk and Sons for making all the necessary arrangements, it was a great relief to our family at such a difficult time that all aspects of your service were provided in such a totally professional manner.

I never thanked you properly for looking after the arrangements for my father in law’s funeral, life seems to have been very busy recently. 　The funeral went really well and *****’s mum was pleased with everything. Thank you for putting up with all of us at chapel, I wasn’t expecting so many to visit yet arrive at the same time! Thank you once again

Just wanted to thank you for arranging the internment of my late uncles ashes, it went smoothly as expected. Your firm should be extremely proud of the service you give, it was first class and although we had already had his funeral this was just as meaningful to us as it was the very last wish he had to return to where his parents and beloved wife are laid to rest.  I know he would have appreciated the respect given by all your staff, as do the family. Please pass on our thanks to the gentleman that attended and Andrew Hamel-Cooke who once again brought the whole thing together.
