I wanted to tell you how delighted we were with the service you provided. Mum’s funeral was amazing and I cannot thank you enough. All that we asked for was carried out. It’s just how she would have wanted it. You arranged everything and made a very sad and difficult time, so much easier to bear. We were very pleased with how you treated mum and made her look so peaceful in the chapel of rest. Your compassion and professionalism was amazing throughout.

I want to thank you for all your help and support arranging Mums funeral.
Everything about it was brilliantly done with dignity, honour, respect and grace.
Everything was perfect, just right, and you made it happen.

I have been moved to write this letter of appreciation by the excellent standard and turn out of your vehicles and staff.
The vehicles were immaculately presented, and the chauffeurs and attendants were impeccable in both appearance and manner. Please accept my sincerest gratitude for making my mother’s final journey so peaceful and dignified.

It was a beautiful send off. Everyone commented that it was the nicest funeral service they have ever been to at a Crematorium before.
