This is just a quick note from myself and on behalf of my sister to say thank you for the professional and caring nature you have shown the both of us and my late mother.  Her passing came as a great and unexpected shock and at the time when you need some stability in your life and the skill to assist with matters I am glad we turned to your team whose guidance and assistance were invaluable.  From our initial point of contact with Jeff then with Dora, Chrissy through to the day of her final goodbye with Richard the compassion, kindness, sensitivity and professionalism has been reassuring and highly regarded not just by myself and sister and our associated families but from my mother’s friends who commented at her funeral on the professionalism and compassion Richard showed on the day.   It is not something people often speak about but when the need arises and when my time comes I will not hesitate to use and recommend your services again.  From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making a very traumatic and distressing time that slightly less painful and please ensure our sincerest gratitude is passed on to everyone involved with my mother in your organisation.
