I would highly recommend Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors. Jacqueline has been very helpful and supportive to me and my family during this difficult time. She was so thoughtful while we were trying hard to plan an unexpected funeral for my husband who died suddenly.
The funeral was conducted professionally and the funeral conductor and pallbearers were very caring and respectful. Both of the double ended sprays of red and white flowers were beautiful and a real tribute to my late husband. In keeping with the red flowers Jacqueline suggested that a red rose be included on each page of the order of service, this was a nice touch as he loved red flowers.
We were pleased to be able to have an online donation page for the British Lung Foundation as he would have appreciated this.
Jacqueline followed up with very kind and considerate aftercare following the funeral.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone at Lodge Brothers for the exceptional service we were given when arranging my Dad’s funeral. We were greeted professionally and with warmth from the beginning to the end. Jaqueline was exceptional, she was sensitive to our needs, didn’t rush us with making decisions and was compassionate during such a difficult time in our lives. We couldn’t have asked for a better send off for my Dad, it was perfect. Our funeral celebrant, Lucy, was wonderful, she managed to capture my Dad’s personality and character accurately which meant so much to us all. A special thanks must go to the Pallbearers, who showed great respect, I would personally like to say a huge thank you to Steve, who looked after me before, during and after the service. Lodge Brothers provided everything they promised, plus more! We have always used Lodge Brothers and would highly recommend their services to everyone.

We’d just like to thank you, Kevan, for all your kindness, professionalism and support over the recent weeks and during the funeral yesterday. Mum had such a marvellous send off, and we all have many happy memories of a fabulous day. This wouldn’t have happened without all of your input and advice.
