I wanted to put pen to paper to thank you and the team at Lodge & Wickenden. Your kindness and professionalism at the outset, when we had to make all the decisions for my mother’s funeral, was much appreciated. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and it was comforting to know you were there if needed. On the day of the funeral, Kevan and the gentlemen were polite, thoughtful and professional throughout. I can’t thank them enough.

The team have done an amazing job and we were very pleasantly surprised, especially when you consider the age of the memorial. We are delighted. Thank you very much.

I just wanted to say thank you for the exemplary service in arranging and conducting my aunt’s funeral yesterday. The communication from your office was caring and excellent, making the whole process simple, and Kevan and his team were wonderful on the day, both dignified and very courteous, and taking excellent care of the elderly relatives and friends attending the funeral. I’d also like to thank your legal services division, which so far is making very simple the arrangements following my aunt’s passing.

Thank you for all your helpfulness to our family at such a sad and difficult time for us all. Your friendly and considerate professionalism with all the arrangements has been much appreciated, and everything has gone smoothly and to plan. The memorial does look great, you have done a great job on our behalf , and we thank you for your expertise and guidance . The stone is particularly attractive, tasteful and a vast improvement on the original, weathered memorial which was well past its best.

A long overdue thank you for arranging everything for M****’s funeral. Your care, advice and attention to detail was invaluable, at a time of such immense grief. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I popped into the shop, you’d always have time to listen, help and be ready with the tissues! On the day, Kevin and his team of conductors did an amazing funeral for my husband. It was an extremely fitting, gentle tribute, full of warmth for the person I loved most in the whole world. Lodge Brothers certainly did him proud! Even down to the small and important details, respecting my wishes in not wearing black ties, but colourful ones instead. I think the gentlemen covered every colour of the rainbow.

On behalf of Dad many thanks for all the organisation that went into planning Mum’s funeral. Everything, and I do mean everything, went perfectly well. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. The scattering yesterday of the ashes was also well organised. Please thank Duncan and his team too.

We would all like to thank you so much for the superb arrangements that you did for Uncle’s Funeral. Right from the moment we first walked in we were treated fantastically, nothing was too much trouble, everything was explained well to us and the whole service went without a hitch.
Please also pass on our thanks to the funeral conductor and the Gentlemen in the hearse who were brilliant in making sure My Brother and I did not drop Uncle when we were carrying the coffin!
