Thank you so much for your kind and sensitive handling of my Mother’s funeral. It made such a difference to know that you were always at the end of the phone and that nothing was too much trouble.
Please also pass on my thanks to the unsung heroes who took such care of Mum and made her look so peaceful. Keith was also wonderful on the day – a calm and comforting authority – I never had a single doubt that things would go smoothly. Also he made me feel personally cared for, speaking to me about the arrangements on the phone and making sure my wished were carried out. He also gave me one of the flowers left from the bunch I’d used for placing on Mum’s coffin. Such a lovely thought.
I will certainly recommend Lodge Bros to everyone – what a wonderful, essential service you provide.

Please also pass on my sincere thanks to Keith (the Conductor) who put my mind at rest the night before. The way in which he spoke to me was just right and when he arrived at the house he gave me just what I needed to help me through those challenging few hours. I very much appreciated his graceful manner – which is very natural.

Our initial contact with Lodge Bros was when they were called to look after our father, who had passed away at home.  We were impressed with their care, respect and compassion.

Victoria was great, she took us through what you could do for us. She was professional, compassionate and caring and all the way leading up to the funeral, we talked to her virtually every day about some detail or other. She put all our wishes into practice, nothing was too much for her and on the day of the funeral, Keith Hopkins ensured that our poor Mum was looked after throughout the day and made sure that the funeral went well. He is a credit to your Company.
