I came to Lodge Brothers on a recommendation, and met with Sally at the Addlestone branch. She was brilliant and very attentive. I had visited another Funeral Directors prior to Lodge Brothers and the reception I received there was appalling, so I returned to Sally. The gentlemen who came to my home & attended to my husband were so courteous and respectful and dealt with everything so compassionately. I was so impressed with the service myself and my family have received.

Dear Ken,
I want to thank you and all your staff and Lum’Rhin for giving my Nan, back in 2016 a wonderful send off and of course my Dad, he was a special man and I couldn’t have asked for any better than last Monday. Such thoughtful and caring staff. It was, under the circumstances, such a lovely day, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are all over the moon with the “memorial”.  You have no idea how much all of us have appreciated your efforts. It is magnificent. Eleven Sisters have come from the other communities, and all of them say the same thing.
