Dear Robert, We arranged my father-in-law’s funeral through Lodge Bros at Addlestone. I would to convey our thanks to Ken for the sensitivity he showed when we made the arrangements. Adrian and his team showed professionalism throughout the day, and my mother-in-law found Adrian very sensitive to her needs, without being imposing.
