First to Neil, who was sensitive to our needs and the care of the embalmer who looked after ***** so well, and also a big thank you to the team on the day of the funeral, who helped magnificently with the chosen pallbearers, a large congregation, even stewarding the car parking; To Paul who with quiet dignity never left *****’s coffin and assured us at all times, even trying to sort out missing flowers, from my distraught niece. Today was a difficult and challenging one for my family, saying goodbye to a loved one at any time is never something any of us are truly prepared for.

Throughout this entire process, Lodge Brothers has shown us and our Mum the utmost respect, from my initial call to action her funeral plan right through to the chaps who took care of us during the funeral, the service has been completely outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you Neil for all your help and please pass on my thanks to your outstanding team that looked after us faultlessly today, everyone has been so supportive and respectful and it makes such a difference at a testing time in our lives.
