Jane at Surbiton branch has displayed some very interesting images and documents in the branch window in celebration of St David's Day this week. Along with the daffodils and the traditional Welsh flag, there is a sign showing how to say Happy St David's Day in Welsh

District Relief Arranger Sheila has placed some daffodils and St David’s day wishes in the window of Brentford branch and she is hoping they will bloom like the ones outside in the lovely gardens by the branch, seen in the picture.
She has also displayed an easy, nutritious Welsh cake recipe for people to try as there are lots of friendly locals who regularly walk past and wave to the Branch Arrangers.

Back at the end of November, Yvonne Fernandez & Diane Joel took part in the Hampton Hill Christmas Parade and held a Chocolate tombola stall, which attracted lots of locals. Needless to say they sold out in no time at all and a total of £200 was raised for our Charity of the Year - the local Greenwood Community Centre, School Road, Hampton Hill.
