Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors based in Green Lane, Shepperton, came to the rescue recently when ‘The Alan Freeman Trust’, based in Upper Halliford in Surrey needed some renovation work on their dilapidated plaque. The Trust, a local community-based charity, is run by former Mayor of Spelthorne, Cllr Andrew Hirst.

A service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving was held on Sunday 13th December in St. Lawrence’s Church in Feltham, where Lodge Brothers families and friends remembered those who died during the year.
District Manager Quentin Edgington said, ‘This is a very popular event and, as in previous years, the church was absolutely full and many people commented to me how helpful they had found the service.’
