Just a note to say thank you for your kindness and sensitivity on Friday. Mum’s send off in these difficult days was respectful and very professional and we were made to feel comfortable every step of the way. Please thank all those who cared for mum while she was with you and those attendants on the day. A thank you too to Mia who sorted out all my mistakes and omissions with the arrangements. The flowers were lovely and mum would have appreciated their beautiful colours.

Thank you for making the service available on a live webcast, I appreciate that I could watch today’s service, it meant a lot to me.

Thank you for handling my Mother’s funeral this week. Everyone involved did a wonderful job, and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be given the current climate.

I would just like to say a big ‘Thank you’ to you all for mum’s funeral yesterday, it has been a very special experience with all the team. The guys who came out in the hearse and the two limos yesterday were brilliant and made it a very easy, actually pleasant day in the circumstances. So please pass on our thank you to all the team who were very professional. I will send an email also to Lum’rhin the Celebrant who in my opinion is the nicest, most caring person I have ever met.

We just wanted to write a quick thank you message for the job you all did for Mum’s funeral. You made the whole process so much easier for us, right from when we initially made the pre-payment plan to the limousine taking us to the wake and everything in between. Thank you all.

I would like to thank you, Sally & Mia, Keith and Chris Lodge for your invaluable help with my father’s funeral. Your service surpassed our expectations. From collecting my father’s body from Heathrow, dealing with customs and the coroner, facilitating a Muslim funeral, we could not have asked for more understanding and assistance. My sisters and I are truly grateful for everything you have done for us.
