My family and I would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to you Steve, for providing such a professional, reverent and dignified service for our dearly departed mother. Your help and guidance over the past few weeks made a difficult time more bearable. On the day Richard and his team were exemplary providing compassion and sensitivity. The service ran so smoothly.
Many thanks again for the respect and care shown to our beloved mum.
On behalf of the entire family I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Lodge Brothers. The service and support was faultless from start to finish, with Darren and the team magnificent on the day, providing wonderful support and acting with sensitivity and professionalism throughout.
We would specifically like to highlight the role that Sophie played, from my first phone call through to completion of the Lodge Broters service. Sophie was sensitive, compassionate and thoughtful at all times, surpassing what one might expect even in such a difficult service industry and in light of the family’s distress. Sophie was simply outstanding, and we feel very comfortable in recommending Lodge Brothers to friends and family in the future.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to all who were involved in cremation and internment. Both ceremonies went very smoothly. Thank you so much for arranging the day and for communicating so well over the preparations. It was a pleasure working with you. We were pleased that his family and neighbours attended and they had fond memories.
We’d just like to thank you, Kevan, for all your kindness, professionalism and support over the recent weeks and during the funeral yesterday. Mum had such a marvellous send off, and we all have many happy memories of a fabulous day. This wouldn’t have happened without all of your input and advice.
The Family would like to thank Libby for all her help in arranging J***’s funeral, we were very pleased with how it went. There were over 300 people attending and the streets were lined with people who wanted to pay tribute. The bright pink hearse and limousine followed a route of lamp posts decorated with pink ribbons and balloons, through Ruislip and Harefield. They paused in certain places, including the school J*** attended so that people could see properly.
It was a lovely send off for a very brave little girl.
