Good afternoon Sandra
We wanted to say a special thank you, to you all, for holding our hands right from the very start and guiding us through this painful experience.
Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful, Lynne wrote a lovely service allowing us to remember Ma, Tres, T in the way she deserved.
It was so lovely, all your gentlemen did an amazing job. They were so nice and couldn’t have done better. They put the flowers in the garden for me. The conductor was so good, too. Thank you
Dear Sue and all the staff at Lodge Brothers.
Thank you so much for everything you did for my lovely Mum. Your kindness, advice, support, re-assurance, respect and complete understanding was absolutely wonderful. My family and friends thought Mum has a wonderful send off and it made them feel good at a difficult time. Thank you for encouraging me to go ahead with a family led service, making me feel that we could do it.
Can I just say a huge thank you for the dedication of you and all the staff involved with Mum’s funeral yesterday. There is no doubt that the service you give is amazing in every way. Kevin reviewed every detail and the day went so well, as it did with Dad six years ago. I believe you all go that extra mile to be personally involved with the family. The respect that Kevin showed by stopping outside Mum’s old house and walking in front of the Hearst was amazing. Having lived there for thirty years Mum would have just loved this act of respect.
My Father’s funeral was yesterday and I wanted to say how lovely it was, it all went very well. Tom and his gentlemen were so attentive and you have all been so good.
I felt I had to pen this note to say thank you so very much for your professional services and your kindness before and on the day of my Mum’s funeral.
The reverence and respect shown by your personnel who attended the funeral was exemplary and much appreciated by our family.
The solemnity you all exhibited in not only your actions but your words and conversations to and with us was indeed a comfort and very special.
I know its ‘your job’ but I felt you genuinely cared about us in a difficult time of grief…..hence this note
Dear Lyn and Colleagues, Thank you so very much for all your patience and understanding in getting this beautiful headstone correct. It is absolutely wonderful and moving. I and so glad to meet people who still take pride in their work
Sue, I wanted thank you for that you have done to help. You have gone way above and beyond to ensure I stayed sane at every step.
This time of my life has been unbearable but with your kindness, direction and expert advice I’ve been able to get through it. With all the heartbreak and issues losing a loved one can bring, you truly are amazing at what you do, and make what feels impossible to cope with possible. I won’t forget your kind advice.
To everyone at Lodge Brothers, Please accept my thanks and those of my Mother for the wonderful service provided for my Father’s cremation on Tuesday. We were treated with the utmost kindness and respect as soon as we set foot in your shop and Sue Pusey could not have been more kind and helpful to us. Your gentlemen who came to the house were so patient even when they needed to chivvy everyone along to keep everything on schedule. As you know we had a procession of bikers following the cars and they made sure we didn’t get split up on the journey.
You made the whole process so easy and it took a lot of pressure off my Mum, so thank you once again
I would like to express my sincere thanks for all your attention to detail. It was a big ask to put so much on the headstone but the outcome was fantastic. Many, many thanks
