Dear Andrea,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything! My grandad’s funeral was so lovely, everything ran smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. You and your colleagues have been so helpful and so kind. Thank you so much from myself and my family.

The funeral went so well it could not have gone any better. Your guys were lovely so professional, They made us feel relaxed and comfortable. It was perfect. The sun shone. Thank you for all your help Corinne, you were amazing, so supportive and professional. It was a very successful day. Our mum would have loved it.

My sister & I would like to thank you and your colleagues for helping us to give our mother a wonderful send off. Everything went so smoothly. We hope she was looking down and watching, she would have been so proud to see her 8 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends who all turned up to say goodbye.
She would have been especially pleased with the horses, Bob & Luke – they looked spectacular!

Thanks to you, Martin Shaw (Celebrant), Beverley Lodge (Conductor), and the rest of the crew for providing us with a better day than we thought we were going to have. Although it was such a sad day for us, you all made it easier and more bearable in the way you handled the whole funeral, from start to finish.

Corinne was lovely and looked after us so well at this difficult time, assisted by Jeff.
The respect and professionalism shown by Adrian and the men on the day was just wonderful – it was a fitting last day for our Mum.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to everyone involved in my aunt’s funeral. Reg the conductor and his team and also Fr. James for the wonderful service, which could not have gone better, it was such a beautiful day and I want to thank you Georgina for making the whole process so easy and straightforward so I had nothing to worry about.

I would like to say how very pleased I and the rest of my family were with the way Lodge Brothers conducted my brothers funeral yesterday. I’d also like to congratulate you Georgina on providing us with Victoria (celebrant), you could not have chosen a better celebrant for us, she was perfect and I would highly recommend her in the future.

I would like to pass on my thanks to the conductor and his men who all did a wonderful job in looking after me and my friends at my sister’s funeral yesterday. I was so pleased I chose the willow coffin, it was beautiful, everyone commented on it and I know my sister would have approved of it. I was really very pleased with everything, from Georgina who took me through the process of “what to do”, to Victoria who spoke at the service, to the men who carried out the funeral, thank you all.

Thank you for all you have done with making the plans for my brother-in-law’s funeral, it went well on the day, so much better than I expected and you couldn’t have given us a better vicar, Rev. Steve Cochrane, he was great, so down to earth, thank you.
