The funeral for Uncle was really lovely and so respectful. Thank you so much for your help and support throughout. Also, please will you convey our thanks to Paul for his kind care – we could not have asked for more.

A brief message to say a big thank you to you & your excellent team for making a very sad day yesterday one that my mother would have really enjoyed being part of – or rather in a more active role! Though it’s still very hard to accept she’s gone, I got a sense of peace throughout yesterday’s proceedings. We couldn’t have wished for better weather and your kind care will be something the immediate family will long remember.
Paul & his team were fabulous, very discreet, in guiding us through the day. I would be really happy to recommend your branch of Lodge Brothers to anyone who required your services, you were all most kind & helpful at an incredibly sad & distressing time.

Thank you so much for arranging our mum to be taken back home to Dublin and laid to rest with Dad, it was such a relief that it happened so quickly in the end. We held a streamed service online here in England, and Masseys FD arranged for her to be laid to rest at the same time. Thank you to everyone for the kindness and help given.

Dear Claire,

First of all thank you very much for all the help and support you have given us during the past very difficult weeks including making The Chapel of Rest available to us on a Sunday. James Warren and his team were excellent and we were lucky to have a very pleasant trouble free journey both to and from the Crematorium. The services at both the Crematorium and Memorial service went to plan. We were very pleased with the beautiful flowers and they were placed on the high altar in the church for everyone to see during the memorial service.

Dear Claire,
Just a note to say thank you very much to you and  your colleagues for looking after Mrs J and also myself as the Minister of I**’s Service, last week. Your professionalism and understanding, right from taking I** into your care, through to the dignity and kindness shown at the service itself, was outstanding.  For my part, I would like to thank you for putting me in touch with the right people, ie the printer etc, and to thank the Funeral Directors on the day of the service for making sure everyone knew where to be and when, and for taking care about the entry music and the timing.  It is always  more difficult when you are working out of your own area and your colleagues made me feel welcome and at ease.
I would like to close by saying a very warm thank you to you all for taking such care with our dear friends – your kindness will help make the next step of her journey a little easier.

Dad’s funeral was wonderful, thank you for all of your help. Mum thought it all went very well. We were amazed that more people attended than expected. Xenos did a fantastic job and took very good care of everything. We were all very impressed with how smoothly it ran, so please pass on our thanks. The men were so kind and thoughtful – I would not hesitate to recommend Lodge Brothers. It was a lovely service.

It was beautiful.  Your men showed such respect and dignity. Darren P was so very gentle and thoughtful . With only 3 of us there it was very moving, giving us time to spend with Mummy and placing our flowers on her coffin. The acoustics in the chapel were splendid.  We walked around the grounds at Randalls along the river enjoying the beautiful weather.  One of my brothers commented it was one of the best funerals he had been to.

The funeral was handled perfectly in all aspects and on behalf of the family we would like to thank you and all at Lodge Brothers for helping us through a difficult time.
