Jennie, Thank you to you, Sam and all so very much for today. S and I were there and it was very moving. We cried, laughed and celebrated him.  It was so good to see all the family on screen, and I was very impressed by the quality of the video stream and the audio signal we received, so thank you for that. And your grace, words and your way of holding the ceremony for dad was just beautiful. You have a really beautiful speaking voice.

All went as well as expected. It was fantastic, excellent, so perfect. Thank you so much Sam, you really helped us both so much. Your support and assistance made us both consider things we wouldn’t have thought of. Jennie Mew the celebrant was also really good.

Dear Sam,
Just a quick note to say think you for making all the arrangements for Dad’s service yesterday. It went well and we were both pleased with the day. A special thanks to you and the team at Lodge Brothers for making it happen so seamlessly. Also, Jennie Mew was excellent and thank you for the introduction to her too.

Diane you were amazing. Everything was brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for more. The flowers were so  beautiful too. Please pass thanks onto Sam and Reg and his team, who all worked so hard to make the day the best it could possibly be.

I was so very pleased with how everything went on the day of my mother’s funeral and all the care and support that we received from both Sam and Diane.  I would like to thank Reg the conductor and crew on the day who were just lovely and made sure I was well looked after.

Thank you so much for everything you did for Mum’s funeral, you were fantastic Sam. Dad was so so pleased with how mum looked in the Chapel of Rest, her hair was done so nicely, it was such a positive experience for Dad to see Mum like that, I really can’t thank you enough Sam, you have been brilliant and all went to plan.

Diane, we are so grateful for everything you did. You offered fantastic help and support in the planning and facilitation of the funeral. I was so pleased you were able to accommodate us coming to the chapel of rest on a Sunday afternoon, to enable our Spanish family and daughter from university to be able to attend. Thank you also to Paul and his team on the day. The celebrant, Judy Wheeler was amazing and exactly what my mother would have wanted, such a lovely service.

It was a sad occasion, but you couldn’t have done more for me. The service was beautiful. Paul calling the night before to introduce himself made me feel I was really being looked after so well. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asked.

The service went really really well. Thank you to everyone at Lodge Brothers for helping so much with all the arrangements. The chapel of rest was very calming and Dad looked so peaceful. Sam and Diane you have been brilliant!
