Lodge Brothers in Esher were proud to direct the funeral of local trumpet hero Derek Watkins yesterday. Derek passed away at the end of March, after a 2year battle with Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, with his wife, children and close family at his side.
His colourful international reputation and legendary trumpet playing will mean he will be remembered for generations to come.

On Good Friday, Jackie Packman and Jane Day of Lodge Brothers in Weybridge delivered Easter gifts of hot cross buns and daffodils to the residents of two local care homes. The girls visited Norfolk House and Sutton Lodge to spend some time with the residents.

Last Wednesday’s ‘Music at The Tower’ at Christ Church in Esher was a resounding success, with all three performances by Nathaniel Mander booked to capacity.
