On the evening of Monday 3rd November, a service was held at St Barnabas Church in Northolt Park, to welcome their new minister, Reverend Edmund Cargill Thompson, who will be known as Father Mund.
A very lovely two hour service was very well attended with the church being full to overflowing.
Light refreshments followed the service, and Judy Hyde attended as a representative of Lodge Brothers.

Plans to erect a new war memorial in front of St Jude’s Church have been submitted to Runnymede Borough Council for planning permission.
Chris Lodge, Director of Lodge Brothers, has donated his time and advice to support the project, along with several other local businesses.

Along with many other Lodge Brothers branches in the area, Alistair Barrett the branch funeral arranger at Thames Dittton, decorated the branch window with flags and poppies this week to commemorate Remembrance Day in this very special anniversary year.

On 31st October, The Church of the Good Shepherd in Pyrford held a ‘Light Fantastic’ service. Afterwards, refreshments were served and the congregation moved on to the grounds of Pyrford Primary School, where they were treated to a wonderful firework display which was sponsored by Lodge Brothers in West Byfleet and Dragon Fireworks.
