We have a requirement for an Office Administrator to support the Facilities Manager in the smooth running of the Head Office Admin Department.

Duties will include:

  • General admin and clerical support
  • Managing email in-box
  • Inputting data onto spreadsheets
  • Answering telephone
  • Ordering stationery and other office consumables

Successful candidate will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Have good written and communication skills
  • Be motivated and happy to muck in
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative with the ability to forward think and pre-empt scenarios
  • Live within 5 miles of our Head Office in Feltham
