District Manager (West London Area)
Our District Managers love to look after our Funeral Arrangers and clients. No two funerals are the same and our staff all aim to create a fitting tribute to the life of a loved one. Being a District Manager is very rewarding. The daily responsibilities include the management of staff, health & safety and company compliance, as well as discussing the benefits of funeral pre-planning and Lodge Brothers Legal Services. We also encourage our managers to get involved with supporting local event as part of the Company’s community support programme. District Managers are also required to conduct funerals at least one day a week.
Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required, although a proven management track record in a customer service environment is essential.
