Thank you for your kindness, understanding and support. It’s such a horrible time but you have steered me through – again! Many thanks.

P’s funeral was handled in a very efficient and caring way by your excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble, although this funeral was more a celebration of her very full and successful life on stage. We required a piece of music, sung, but not recorded by her, to be played as a mark of respect to her talent. They managed to do this, as well as arrange for an electric piano to be made available for a musical tribute to her talent. Nothing was too much trouble for your staff.

We are very happy with how everything went. It all went very well indeed, better than we thought it would be with the current circumstances. It was all done very tastefully and respectfully. Martin was great he read a very nice service and Paul the conductor was great too. Thank you for everything you did for us.

I should just like to put on record my thanks to you for the absolutely excellent arrangements you made for R and the superb kindness and empathy you showed. The eulogy from Richard was perfect and the extra work he did researching the history of where she worked was far more than I expected. This level was also reflected in Daniel and his team. I am afraid this does not fully reflect how superb you were. This is also what the other attendees at the funeral said. I should like you to forward this email to your board of directors such that you may be recognised for this.

Everything went very well indeed.  We both agreed that we’d chosen the right company to handle the funeral. Well done to everyone involved, from your organisation to Beverley and the gents on the day.

Good morning Pauline,
I would like to thank you and your husband for making the hardest thing any parent has to do, bearable. Right from the beginning when your young undertaker took my son away from the house, with the utmost respect, to the kindness you showed me at our first meeting, through to the courtesy and respect your husband showed us (as parents who had lost a son) yesterday at the crematorium. Especially the special ties, that was very kind and thoughtful thing to do, and it made a hard day a little easier.
Thank you for getting us in touch with Martin Shaw, he was extremely good, and said the kindness things about R without making it unbearably sad. Thank you again, words can not express my gratitude
