Local Funeral Directors sponsor Theatre Group
Three local funeral directors have jointly agreed to sponsor the Outline Theatre groups production of A Christmas Carol.
As part of their policy of supporting local groups and organisations, Lodge Brothers of Yiewsley, A.V. Smith & Sons of Hillingdon and Walding & Son in Uxbridge will be main sponsors of the popular Christmas production.
The Outline Theatre group, which is based at St. Matthew’s Church, High Street Yiewsley will be giving six performances of the show at St. Matthew’s Church from Friday 21st November until Tuesday 25th November. Evening performances will start at 7.30pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a matinee show at 3.30pm on Saturday. Local schools day time shows have been planned for Monday and Tuesday.
On Saturday 6th December the show will be performed at the Great Barn in Ruislip with performances at 3.30pm and 7.30pm.
Speaking about the sponsorship agreement Clive Nixon-Hill, Secretary of the Outline Theatre group, said “We are very thankful for the valuable support of the three local funeral directors. Their sponsorship will be a great help to our ambitious production of A Christmas Carol.”
