Dedicated Trainers Assist New Recruits With On-The-Job Experience

Within Lodge Brothers Funeral Directors, there is a clear, structured training programme. New members of staff, aiming to be the best arranger they can be, alternate between time spent learning the role ‘in the classroom’, and on-the-job experience in one of several branches learning from and alongside skilled Company trainers.

One such trainer is Mia Taylor, full-time arranger at the Sunbury branch. Although she has only been with Lodge Brothers herself for less than eight years, Mia has nonetheless trained several new employees in their first months. In the picture, Sophie Monatte (on the right) who joined the Company in March, is looking through the Training Manual with Mia.
