Kay, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and your team for everything you did to ensure that my grannie had the dignified send off that she deserved.　 Nigel and the team on the day were so respectful and I know it was just as she would have wanted it to be.

Thanks so much, really pleased with the plaque it looks great, and also thanks for all your help and support in providing an excellent service for us.

On Monday, 24th April, I was at the funeral of a dear friend, in the West Chapel Cambridge. What did impress me was the quiet dignity of the proceedings; the way we were asked to stand as the coffin was brought in, and, when in position, the dignity with which the bearers paid their respects to the deceased by bowing and moving quietly away. The bearers were of matching height and in uniform suits which looked impressive, and is by no means always the case at other funerals I have attended. It made an impact. To me, it was all a help in saying ‘good-bye’ to a dear friend. So, thank you to those concerned.
