I want to thank everyone at Monks for your help in arranging the funeral. At every stage from the day of her death to the funeral we found every member of your staff to be sensitive, courteous and respectful. The excellent service you provided was very much appreciated at this emotional time.

My husband and I would like to thank you for all the help you gave us in the preparation for the funeral and on the day. We were impressed with our warm reception at your office. The whole process was clearly described and our specific requests were incorporated into the program.
On the day of the funeral, when your director introduced herself we knew that the occasion would be well handled and that we would be comfortable with the dignity and care with which it would be conducted.

Many thanks for organising the funeral and the care you took to ensure that things ran smoothly. It ensured that this was an area that could be safely left in someone else’s capable hands.

Following the interment yesterday at the Mount cemetery in Guildford, I am writing to express my thanks to you and the team at Monks/Lodge for the very helpful and professional service you have provided.

Throughout the whole process, from the organisation of the funeral, the renovation work to the family gravestone, the creation of the new memorial tablet and finally at the interment itself, you and the other staff have at all times been extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

The gravestone now looks very good indeed and we are very pleased that, with your help, we have been able to carry out ****’s last wishes.

Throughout the whole process you displayed such professionalism in carrying out your duties efficiently and diligently to ensure that the events and timings on the day ran to schedule. It was a privilege to have used your company for such an emotional occasion.

I am writing on behalf of the family to thank everyone at Monks for their assistance over the last two weeks and at my father’s burial. Everyone was very kind at a very difficult time and it made things easier for us. His burial was very simple, but we all, and I am sure Dad, thought very moving.
