I am compelled to take a moment to thank you so much for the wonderful way you undertook the organising of my mother’s funeral last Friday.  In fact, I cannot thank you enough for all your care, kindness and good humour at such a sad time for my family and I.  The excellent service you provide is faultless and helped us enormously.  “Thank you” doesn’t come close

I am writing to say a BIG thank you to all of you for organising our Mum’s funeral in such a caring and professional way. On the day of the funeral everything went perfectly and you guided us through the whole day from church to the crematorium, to the Barn Hotel. Also the service you provided before and after the funeral has been excellent………..thank you so much. If ever you need a reference for your services, we would be more than happy to provide one.

I wanted to congratulate you on your staff at Royal Lane.  The team are a credit to your company.  Sheila made us feel most welcome.  She kept us informed all the way, nothing was too much for her and her compassion and kind caring nature at this sad time for us was both heart felt and warming.  Peter and the ushers professionalism showed the utmost respect to my Father and family and was felt by us to be of such a high standard, receving several comments from friends too.  My family and I feel that your staff certainly go that extra mile.  Once again we’d like to thank them for supporting us thoughout the process
